I originally ordered two items from this store both amounting to around 18 dollars. Consisting of a 15$ item and a 3$ item I threw in just because i was already ordering. Low and behold i got an email saying that the 15$ item was out of stock and i would still have to pay the full shipping fee of the 3$ item. Without giving me a chance to cancel the order because they decided to ship it straight away. After trying to reach out to customer service from Aeropostale I was told there was nothing that they could do. I'm just confused why there was no confirmation required from my side to carry on with the order.
