I waited for almost a month just to find out that the shipment was lost. The courier claimed it was delivered, but our Ring doorbell footage proved that was a lie. Mango's customer service stopped responding to my refund request. This actually happened to me back in 2016, but I thought Mango's eCommerce might have improved since. I was wrong. I don't know how this is acceptable in today's eCommerce. Mango's online store is destined to vanish just like the service it provides.
