“Sent me the wrong size Custom cover and will no rectify it”

I ordered a cover for my cedar bar table
I was precise on my measurements
I received it and it was 14 inches bigger than I ordered. When I called they said "I see you You ordered the cooler cover" I said " no I ordered a custom table cover" They clearly sent me the wrong item, and the best they will do is make me the correct item that I ordered originally for 25% off
