FLIGHTS AVAILABILITY, HOTELS, CARS- NO PROBLEMS. WENT WITH 85 YR OLD MOM TO SAN FRANCISCO- BOUGHT TRIP INSURANCE-GOOD THING. WAS DELAYED IN CHICAGO O'HARE FOR SEVERAL HOURS & MISS EVENING PLANS FOR CRUISE. HAD TO CANCEL- NO PROBLEM HOTEL & CAR RENTAL NOTIFIED & THEY SAVED OUR RESERVATIONS- STAYED AT THE PALACE HOTEL ON MONTGOMERY STREET- ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. REST OF THE TRIP WAS UNFORGETTABLE FOR ME & MOM. HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM FOR TRAVEL PLANS/CRUISING/VISITING FRIENDS

I PURCHASED AN EMBELISHED HEM SKIRTED TUNIC. HATE THE FABRIC. SKIRTED AREAS STAINED. NECK & ARMS TOO TIGHT. THERE IS NO WAY WO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT RETURNS. FILLED OUT THEIR"TICKET" FOR RETURNING ITEM 3 TIMES. NO RESPONSE. EMAILED COMPANY- GOT AN EMAIL ASKING IF I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. EMAILED BACK THAT I WANTED TO RETURN THE ITEM & BE REFUNDED. THEY WANTED ME TO VERIFY AM ADDRESS, ETC... NO RESPONSE SINCE THEN HAVE NOTIFIED AMERICAN EXPRESS TO COMPLAIN & REFUSE THE CHARGE FOR THIS ITEM.NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION- WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN OR ANY OTHER "LILY" COMPANY. A PIECE OIF CRAP
