Order the boot mats on January 9th not realizing that these were manufactured overseas and expected deliver was going to be the end of February. On February 23rd I received an email telling me that my mats had been delivered, I got home to find that they had not. When I reached out via email Luxus told me that it was a glitch in the system and that they had not been delivered but assured me they would be. They have only provided the shipping info for the China Post delivery company whcih only track it until customs. It says that once through customs it will be delivered by USPS. The problem is that I have requested the USPS tracking info from Luxus 5 times now and they continue to ignore my request. At this point I am left with no option but to leave a bad review and request a refund, which I am fairly certain I wont get as this company appears to be a scam and "Emma" appears to not really be a person as the answers that I have gotten from her seem to be AI generated.
