As the reviewer stated before, as the deadline approaches I haven't received any word from the website or office. I started over two months ago with my contacting the office and for every six emails I send I am lucky to receive, if that. They only respond when you send an email titled complaint, for others who maybe trying to get them to respond. Theres no assistance with their faulty etudes en France website, and no correspondance at all. I'm guessing maybe having customers or assisting students isn't their first priority
