There have been 23 emails since Dec 2020 relating to Google Ads teams' error incorrectly disapproving our ad.
However, loss of significant revenue resulted from this error. In seeking compensation for THEIR error all Google Ads have done is keep on sending me a template email that states,
'Thank you for your response. I will be glad to assist you further. I understand that it is taking really longer time than usual... We assure you that your query is being attended and I would request you to please allow us s 4-5 business days more to get back to you'... and then nothing! No progress report, no management contact even after insisting on it.
Clearly Google Ads doesn't really care for its customers except when it's time for US to pay them.
We are now in the process of legal action... it is now 11.08.2021 at the time of writing this.
