Our company purchased a scissor lift and waited months for it to be delivered. The whole time we were waiting I had to call multiple times to get updates. It worked for less than a month and now we have been waiting on replacement parts. The waiting game again, no updates, and the aggravation during this purchase has been unbelievable. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 17-23 DAY LEAD TIME ON ALL REFURBS!

Yes, lead time was behind. Along with many other orders, unfortunately due to no parts supply from our suppliers.
All units are sold with parts warranty and product support. We were working with limited information we could get from client on the issue. (Client insisted they knew about the machine and the issue) Each time the issue changed making it hard to diagnose, once we were able to get the proper information (videos and pic's of the actual troubleshooting requested) the issue was resolved immediately. Also the customer was sent an extra $ 450 joystick that was not the issue but the client insisted it was the issue. Glad the issue was resolved.
