Charged card right away, web site said "in stock". Multiple calls, response was always "should ship in the next day or two". Two MONTHS later, got the stems. They did not fit. Were 11" long, web site says 12". Manufacturing defect, not their fault. But then they handled the replacement just as poorly. Each time I call, when I can get through, they say it will ship "soon". Today I asked for money back, they said it is against company policy, that defective parts are only replaced with correct part. Two months later, no part yet. Four months total, still dripping faucets. I understand the policy, but some time you have to break down and write the check to refund. It's not MY fault that you cannot deliver the part described. It may not be YOUR fault, but at some point you have to recognize a busted transaction and make it right.
Just try calling them! About 4/5 times, it rings once and then HANGS UP ON YOU. When you get through, sometimes mid-day it says "Call back in regular business hours". And when you get to a person, "We'll send you tracking information in the next day or so".
Run, don't walk, away.
