I ordered one product and was sent another, Cassie said send a picture to prove that what I received was wrong and after I did was told the have a 30 day return policy and to mail back what I received for a full refund! The item cost $5.89 the shipping was $5 why go through the effort of sending it back. A good customer service effort, (what they tout they have) would be just mail out the right item... just another on line GOTYA!

I too thought that this mail order cigar company looked good on line... BOY was I wrong! My order was over $88 with the same shipping charge mentioned over $11 two weeks before I went on vacation with the intention of taking them with me... WRONG! I ordered them on November 1st and I finally canceled the order after calling and emailing and not being able to talk to anyone on November 27th. DON'T USE THEM!
