I bought a 4,000 watts blender from Konga in August, 2022. I never got to use it because I had to travel to the U.S. on September 5,2022. Upon my return from the U.S, on November 30,2022, I tried to use it, but it wouldn't work. I paid my hard earned thirty five thousand naira (N35,000) for the blender. When I contacted Konga by mail, they told me they have a seven days return policy, & advised me to take the product to their store/warehouse since it's still under the one year warranty. When I went to their store/warehouse with the product, they refused to honour the one year warranty on the product.
