I ordered a total of 4 tatbrow pens in blonde. I received one. I tried it and it was very dark brown in color. It applied very wet and looked harsh and inky. It might be a desired look for some, but I was not at all pleased. I emailed the company immediately to ask them to please put a hold on the remaining three and asked for a refund. What I received instead is a series of emails telling me they never ship partial orders and they cannot be responsible for stolen items. The original package was unopened and there was only one pen inside. They asked for a photo. I had already thrown the packing and slip away. Their final offer to me was to refund me for 50% of what I never received as part of their "goodwill" policy. For something I never received to begin with! This ridiculous company has four employees and I have received an ignorant reply from all four. Save your time and money. Their product is icky and they are ickier. Just ugh.
