I have had average service from bookbyte in the past therefore decided to use them again. I sent them 3 books and the order has in "in process" for almost a month. They have my books and I still have no money. Will not use them again. I have tried to be patient and nice and have called several times and told them I did not want to leave negative feedback. However since they have not action taken I have no choice. Do not sell your books here!

Please provide the Bookbyte.com Order ID or the email address used to place the order. Mail your package within 7 days of receiving your quote, otherwise we cannot guarantee the quoted price. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive it within 30 days of placing your order.
If your order arrives after 30 days, you will be paid the current sell price, which may or may not be the same as originally quoted. Once a shipment delivers to our warehouse, it typically takes us 3 - 5 business days to process the shipment. Payment is then issued within 1 - 2 business days following the order processing.
