“Ordered on May 3 2020 still haven't received my package!”

I ordered a wax warmer and Beads! May 3,2020! Today is August 20,2020! I've still not received my package! Can't get ahold of anyone through customer service! I don't have a order number! Or anything! 102$ just gone!
