I got my boss ecollar like 5 years ago. Recently I lost the charger in my move. I have the main component and 2 Shock collars for my 200 pound dog. I submitted online asking about help for which charger it was to grab. I also found the number after so I called and they placed the order with me. By the time I got off the phone form ordering (5 minutes) they had already emailed me a response with links! Outstanding support. Thanks guys!
