It took a month to get my glasses. When they finally arrived, they had the wrong lenses and wrong frame (they sent me women's glasses). I called customer service 3 times. The store said they were picked up. Then they said they would arrive the next day. Then they were sent to my home (the wrong pair). So I returned for a refund. They did not want to refund even after everything I went through but eventually did. 4 days went by. The store said give it a couple of more days. Now it's been over a week.
WHAT is going on with your company?!? Nobody at the store has experience, they are all on their phone not helping anyone. The doctor is on a monitor and doesn't speak English. You can't call the store directly…instead you have to call customer service which is overseas and nobody there knows anything about optics either.
What a shady company!
