“Won't back the products they sell”

I purchased a personalized name necklace 8 months ago. Never worn. I decided to wear it and the color turned in a few places. Gold chain and all. So I'm out $218 for nothing. They don't stand behind their defective products after a 60 day timeframe. So buyer beware. After 6 months the chain turns and I'm out the money for a piece of crap jewelry.
Won't shop here again. Totally pissed off.
