OK... so the idea is OK and the recipes are good and it seems to work a little. But the support is zero! The site appears to be in beta testing and is missing key elements. It is really too bad because it has potential, but after nearly 3 weeks I haven't been able to reach anyone with a brain that can answer simple questions about the site and using the plan. The promised "personal coach" never made actual contact or returned a call from customer service. The site has a STUPID BOT that takes you around in circles.
Honestly, the food is good and I've lost 3 pounds OMG wow 3 whole pounds in 3 weeks... but aside from getting you started and giving you ideas, the program lacks follow-thru and the site just isn't complete. TOO BAD!
Tip for consumers:
You need to use your own brain to make this work. Their "how-to" info is limited and sparse so don't expect to get instructions on what the macros and things mean. It's a helpful guide to keep you on track, but you'll need to make it work on your own., ... the customer service reps haven't got a clue about the actual program so they say someone will call you back but . . . . nope.
