They add on a fee and ask you for a credit card to cover the extra but when you do the gift card fails and they charage you the full amount. Called customer service and they laughed at me called me a liar and hung up on me. They won't refund you the extra charges. I have sent a complaint to consumer affairs, thy have so many from this company. Do not buy from them. Third party scam artists,

My order arrived very fast. They were packaged well. No damage but the plants were tiny. The two box hedges looked weak and lots of brown leaves. The holly tree had 15 leaves which were all brown spotted. The butterfly plant consisted of two twigs and i dont know if it going to make it. I know its the end of feb and some plants are dormant but they just didnt seem healthy. The holly tree was replaced by fast growing trees. The replacement plant was much better.
