I saw that Dola Hair had good reviews so I decided to try them. I later found out the reviews are only good because they PAY customers to write positive reviews. This will not be a positive review about my experience.
I ordered two wigs that were supposed to be the same color - P4/27. This is the color I get for all my wigs. One wig was supposed to be curly while the other was supposed to be wavy. I received both wigs at the same time and I must say that delivery was quite fast. I received my order within a week and a half. I took the first wig out the box which was the curly wig. I was quite please with the look, color, and feel. I put it down and picked up the second wig in the box. Right away, I was confused. The color immediately jumped out. I'd say it is more of an orangish- red color with hints of brown, but what it isn't is P4/27. The waves weren't quite what I was used to, but that wasn't going to be a problem. If the hair were the right color, I'd just wash it like usual, and style it with my curling iron or rollers to get the desired look.
I sent an email the next morning to dolahair with pictures. I told them I'd received the wrong hair color. I knew because I always order P4/27 for my wigs plus the other wig I ordered from them at the same time was the right color. I needed to return the wig (I hadn't washed, cut, or tried the wig on) for a full refund so I can purchase a natural colored wig and just dye the wig myself. This was their response.
" This is Dola Hair Customer Service, we are so sorry that our products do not satisfy you. But the wig looks fine, it is P4 27 wig, you can check it on our website. Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item. But it is indeed P4 27 color, please don't worry"
As you can see from the three pictures, the first two pictures are the wavy wig I received. The last picture is the photo on Dolahair's website. That is not the same color. It is orangish-red.
