They sent men's shoes in a completely beat up box instead of the women's shoes I ordered. I was told to return the wrong order but that I'd have to reorder my shoes. By then, the shoes I wanted were $50 more expensive than when I had originally ordered them. I've been very polite in my emails, but customer service has completely ignored my request that they honor the price of the shoes I ordered in the first place. Haven't even responded to say "not possible". Terrible impression for a first (and last) time customer.
