The professor did not follow my instruction. He delivered the essay the same day I set the due date for but when I reviewed it was inconclusive, make no sense, and did not follow my instructions of using the Holocaust as the main subject (he used it as a source and only talked about how people haven't learned in the present). He re-do the essay and delivers it 2 days later, now I had no time to review the essay and had to pay it and download it. My professor declines the whole project because found several mistakes, from inconclusive sentences, no transition flow from paragraph to paragraph, no use of the word "the" ( like the Holocaust and the Rwanda genocide). So I got in contact with Gradefixer customer support and they just reassign him back because I already paid. Prof Joe was mean and started making excuses. I let customer support know about these behaviors and they did nothing. I upload the essay that I fixed after my professor complains, so Prof Joa could fill in the gaps. He didn't even look at it, just added the word "the" to where it was missing and send me back the same essay I told him it had a lot of mistakes. To all of this, I still don't know if the information provided was accurate. I say... screw this guy and submitted the essay I fixed so after 113$ I got a wrong essay, a headache, loss of money, and time. Very, very disappointed.

As per Return Policy on their website: "Depending on the circumstance, we might deduct $5.00from your refund for the return shipping label. We cannot provide return labels for some larger items or international orders."
I received a poor quality product. They were supposed to be Snow Proof Boots and they not even Water Resistance... I complain and ask for a full refund. They are trying to refund me $20.68 out of $28.87. So whatever you order, regardless if it is your fault for example Ordering the wrong size of a shoe and it was your own fault, or on the other hand like me... that received a bad quality product that Does not match the product description. Violating Consumers Rights... if you try and return it this is what happens.
