A husband-and wife team runs the company. I had to deal with them on a day-to-day basis. I found them rude, slow to respond, and totally dismissive of our issues.

For orders that were mis-picked, we had to re-send them with no apologies, without compensation for having to reship the orders. This happened on more than one occasion.

They switched to a new platform, without any advance notification. All of our old orders, gone, no history. New orders... "oh we don't save client information".

We had issues when suddenly, without warning, they stopped fulfilling our orders. It seems they forgot to record our payment for that month.

Every time I turned to them for answers, they were rude, and unprofessional.

Despite the fact that the original agreement said they had "no minimums," on numerous occasions we were told "We don't make enough money from you".

When we finally decided we had enough, and told them we were leaving, that was when the nasty shifted into high gear. We were told our items would be carefully packed, but they wouldn't even bother to arrange a shipment for us (that we would pay for).

A pic below shows how our items were to be "carefully packed"! Who does this? It's a very mean, and vindictive way to work.

Avoid them at all costs.
