Great software. Had an issue with customer service at one point, but it was resolved to my satisfaction and I greatly appreciated the effort they put in after the fact.
We do not need this service anymore, but we would likely use again if ever needed.
Tip for consumers:
Shady sales tactics and unprofessional customer service. Trust us when we say there are much better faxing services out there.
