Today was day 1 of actually committing to a workout and so far I like it! Just jumps you from one exercise to the next. My favorite part is the quality of the videos showing what to do. They capture a person wearing a bright color against a dark/charcoal background for contrast. They show you an exercise from one angle, then another, and back to the original. I would like to see one quick rep of each new exercise being performed before the timer starts counting down, is my only critique.
