MY daughter ordered a dress on 22nd January for a specific function. At the time of writing it has been over a month and the dress has not been delivered and the standard line is that we can cancel and lose all our money - despite no goods arriving and no delivery date.
I've pointed out that taking money and refusing a full refund for non-delivery is illegal and taking money under false pretences, but to no avail, so I now have alternative but to sue the company concerned.
