This was at the store in Shenandoah, Tx. Purchased a headband for my granddaughter. It was broken when I took it from the bag. We're talking less than a $5 item. Just wanted an exchange or store credit. Aron was so unhelpful and repeated himself saying if it was broken when we purchased, too bad. Why would I have purchased broken? And this guy was not a teenager, but a middle aged man. Such poor service does endear one to repeat purchases. Too petty deal with for anything major. Steer clear!
