We purchased an item which was of good quality, unfortunately it didn't work like we wanted it to. Shipped back right away and provided tracking numbers. Receipt was acknowledged. We are going on 8 months and still no refund. I have reached out several times and there was always a problem including legal problems with credit card processing. We've come to the conclusion that our money has been stolen And are extremely angry that they can get away with this.
