Coinbase utterly useless at support. I sent a Stirling transfer and they lost it. Raised an issue but no reply other than Boilerplate email acknowledgment. Contacted them by email, through their site and on twitter but always ignored. Not interested when things go wrong even when they have your money.
Don't expect any help if a transaction goes wrong.
