Unfortunately I have to give this star rating.
Once I recieved my x2 perfumes I was so disappointed.
The fragrance is totally gone after 15 minutes. Yes I'm smelling it properly, yes I've got someone else to see if they can detect any scent, Nothing!
I did send a message to perfume parlour, politely asking is it possible this could be a bad batch?
I was dumbfounded by the reply from perfume parlour...
They have put it in a written reply to me and this is their answer...
Upon purchase its best to let the fragrance SETTLE FOR A FEW WEEKS BEFORE USE!
At first I laughed at their response, now I'm annoyed.
What sort of customer service gives this answer, no mention if you're not happy return the goods, or would you like a refund, Nope, nothing.
I did reply stating there should be a Warning on bottles stating "let it settle for a few weeks before use. UNBELIEVABLE.
Absolute waste of money.
Due to the unprofessional reply from perfume parlour, I'm going to leave my feedback on every platform possible.
