My order was confirmed on November 15,2016 - after that email, silence. I had attempted to make contact on several occasions, yet no response. The phone number listed states, "the mailbox is full"... Update May 2017: I received a letter of apology explaining the surge of orders during the Christmas season and as a smaller company, they were overwhelmed by the amount of sales. I understand this and retract any negative commentary posted.
I did receive my order after Christmas and although the late arrival was disappointing, the company has restored communication and has established trust.
