Expect overpriced petri dishes and agar plates, justified with jargon, overcomplication, and assurances that don't actually hold real substance. Overcomplication only to dazzle and impress. I've also had possible contamination from one of their liquid cultures (before they were perpetually out of stock), but there are so many variables, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. The miniscule amount of product and supplies they have on offer seems to be perpetually out of stock to the point where the shop isn't able able to meet consistent, reliable, mycology supply needs for a competent mushroom cultivating business. As a gourmet and medicinal cultivator who relies on my reputation to be successful, I don't feel completely comfortable making purchasing decisions from a company that chooses to name itself "Shroom" Locker, and how that stigma could reflect on me and discredit my own cultivation and business. A lot of false bravado and salesmanship, but devoid of proof or substance.

And have no expectations when it comes to customer service. The personalties they employ are abrasive at best, expect a smug a car salesman type, with a superiority complex, trying to tell you why you are wrong. Avoid like the plague, and find a real knowledgeable, helpful, and agreeable supplier instead. Business wise, it's a breath of fresh air and makes any bumps or mistakes that much more bareable, with customer service who actually have your businesses true interest at heart and respect you as a client. You certainly won't find that at Shroom Locker.
