This website is ridiculous. I couldn't believe they charged me without my consent $68 to verify my identity. I was so upset. I wasn't even sent a confirmation to my email as well of this charged. Found it on my bank statement. I am trying to get ahold of them for a refund. But I have read other sources there's no one to contact and peole are having a hard time contacting anyone. So I am so frustrated and lost. Please be careful searching usps website since it redirects you to rapid address change website. I would give negative 0 stars if I could.
