Recently made a purchase of 2 inflatable air hammocks. They were cheaper then the ones advertised on the net but still quite pricey with delivery it was $162. After receiving them I gave it to my daughter as an anniversary gift which wasn't actually opened and used for about a week when they went to the country house. The hammocks would not inflate. After about 1 month I went to see them & brought the hammocks back with me. Called customer service & after 3 weeks got back to me to say there was a disclaimer on the site No REFUND, exchange within 10 days. I did not see this when I was on line, anyway, they then said that they have to honor the supplier. I guess customers don't count. I will never have anything to do with SHOPICO again. Terrible customer service...
