I was rapidly losing weight so didn't want to order the dress too early - delivery was supposed to be 25th March -1st April. My wedding day was April 6th the dress arrived April 16th - they only dispatched it on April 5th. I was told they'll "see what that could do" in terms of a refund once I spent $91 to return the dresses but they would not refund me the return shipping fees I'd have to pay. When it was initially late they promised to refund my shipping costs but this was not ever processed. In the end I disputed the charge through Amex. I ordered 2 dresses from elsewhere, when I realised they would not be shipped in time, which also did not arrive in time as I held out because Heboes said "don't worry" and assured me they'd arrive in time. I was married at 19 in a registry office, we were students so could not afford a wedding. It's our 20year wedding anniversary so we flew to the Maldives to marry on the beach. I've had the dresses in my basket for years and I can't express how devastated I was with how it was handled. I eventually bought an expensive dress on the way to the airport but I had to compromise plus it wasn't a good fit and it really put a damper on the entire day. I'd never order from them again.
