Leaving a review about recent experience with inpost & Vinted. Between these 2 they didn't return an item that a buyer never picked up. I want to warn others as procedure is they both blame each other & tell you to contact the other one. My issue was never resolved & in missing an item with the added frustration of inpost telling me to speak to Vinted & vice versa. This has went on for weeks but I feel sorry for anyone who looses an expensive item with these 2 working together like this. My item was returned to a total different address & neither company will compensate or resolve which surely isn't legal. Anyway this review is my last correspondence as it's taken way too much energy & im exhausted dealing with both of their terrible customer service advisors

Bought a bag delivered start of June had one use (it was £150) but is falling to pieces - they will not even exchange or repair or refund! Absolutely shocking company! Currently speaking to citizens advice and my bank to fight for my money back - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS IF THE BAG IS FAULTY THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU - also take days to respond via email
UPDATE - after this review I emailed them & they finally agreed to return the item - it took a while but got there in the end

Tip for consumers:
