We ordered a house full of furniture from Pottery Barn, and because some items are backed up for months, we had it delivered to the new address. Writer never alerted us that they would be sending any items this morning when we got the text we were told by the people that were still living in the house that they gave them our new address that is right down the street even though Ryder told them that they would reroute the items to our new house. They canceled it instead and now all the items are being shipped back to their warehouse 3hrs away when they could've delivered it down the street one minute away. Their policies are horrible and the lady at Customer Service was equally horrible.
