Why must this company oversaturate with their feel good, fuzzy commercials, then rip off their customers with lowball estimates?
My 22 year old daughter was taken advantage of, with a recent accident in a heavy snow storm, here in Buffalo, NY.
She got an estimate for $2700 damage. Upon calling Geico she was told- ohhhhh! We make it so easy! Just take pics and send, we'll get your estimate right away! They told her they were giving her $1,000, after her $1,000 deductible. So, my daughter would need to come $1,700 out of pocket, to get it fixed, as per their $2,000 bogus estimate. Absolutely disgusting. She pays for the insurance and your billion dollar company tries to rip off a 22 year old. You should be ashamed!
I'm calling my attorney first thing in the am and we'll start shopping around a new insurance company. I'll be sure to post on my personal page as well, with over 600 friends.
