These blankets are very soft, however you apparently must open all items as soon as received in case they are damaged. You have a very small window for returns, even if it's due to the shop sending a damaged product. I received my item almost TWO months after purchasing. I never once was emailed saying shipping was delayed to one item being out of stock. They won't send other items separately. Because of this, a gift arrived late. Not only that, but I opened it past the five days (saved it for someone else as a gift) and it had a good size HOLE IN IT. Contacted customer service and there's nothing they can do. Complete WASTE OF MONEY.
