Spoke to customer service by phone and confirmed that the part I needed was in stock. I ordered the part online, it arrived a few days later and WRONG PARTS in package.
Tech support (only corresponds by email) could not verify if they had the correct part in stock. They asked for a photo of the old part to verify if they had the part in stock. Attempted 4 times to verify the correct part. Decided I had wasted enough time, I returned for a refund. Now they are going to charge a RESTOCKING FEE? It's not that I changed my mind, they sent the wrong part! A "family run" business that makes it very difficult to feel like family!
