I ordered 2 exhaust parts for my sons AWD Matrix - Paid over $250 for both products - I received them however one of the products for exhaust was for a FWD Matrix- When I called to get instructions on how to return this part no one answered the phone- I was instructed to write an email in which I did. A week later and still no response. I called again and got some guy on the phone who said an email would be sent to me once again- I asked him to verify my email because they said that before and I got nothing and he said trust me you will get the email- I once again demanded for him to verify my email and he wouldn't. If your trying to get ripped off this will be the company to deal with - I now have parts that are useless to me and they refused to refund me. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. All this over $64 refund - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Tip for consumers:
Try just calling the number they have on their website - It does not get answered and when it does the person on the line has no clue what they are talking about . Also refuse to give refund or return shipping address.
