The room which was suppose to be a suite lol was dirty. I called the front desk at the resort i was in and they told me there was nothing they could do to call bookingvip i did and was treates horrible.my fiancee with 2 children were crammed together in a room that waa outdated and dirty

I placed my order through you based upon the advertisement on fb.it said suites so i called and set my dates and paid get there to find it was a tiny hole in the wall bedroom woth to full size bed.my fiancee and i had absolutely no privacy. I called your company as soon as i seen the room was not a suite and the male person whom answered thw phone hung up on me put me on hold without saying a word and never returned. I messged you on fb with no reply. I was and am veey disappointed
