Free to create, but a charge to download seems somewhat deceptive don't you think?
I have no idea what their product is. I'm so turned off by their marketing method, they could be giving away free money and I'd still leave a negative review. Any company that markets by hijacking contact inquiry fields with their advertising is an automatic 1 star review. The contract us forms are on the website for someone needing our service, not someone selling theirs. I called the number left by Mike Hardman 3 times and got a "... please try your call later." message. If Mike had answered his phone when I tried to contact them, I wouldn't be here writing this review.
Tip for consumers:
It may be a wonderful company. I just made my 4th call to try and reach Mark Hardman at Monkeydigital.co (that's the name that was left in our website's contact inquiry field) to no avail. You may have better luck. If you do reach him, ask him to stop spamming contact us fields.
Products used:
I didn't use their product and wouldn't use their product. Any company that wastes time by misusing the contact inquiry forms on a website has little chance of appealing to me. This marketing method may appeal to some, and may not bother others, but it ranks right up their with the porn bots on YouTube and spam bots in email. It seems like such a small thing, but it's just one more way of forcing an ad message where it shouldn't go. I put this kind of marketing right up there with the car warranty phone calls.
