Please do not use Carvana!
I was going to trade in my car a year and a half ago but changed my mind since the Lexus they sent me was not what it said in the listing.
They said no problem and brought back my Avalon without my plates. Annoying, but whatever...
Now I need my title for an insurance claim but apparently Carvana still owns my car. Ridiculous!
