I've purchased a £55 cost watch, but because the description didn't give all details (like the watch's radius) the watch was to small on twist. The delivery time had longer than 10 days, and when I've tried, and I've contacted with the customer service, I've run out of the 14 DAYS, what's the refund policy. Luckily someone is helped to me, and he has agreed to the refund, so I've sent it back, BUT some MF is refused my parcel, so I've lost my watch, and the post cost as well.
