I leave this review based on our experience with USAFIS organization. Based on false promises, the organization called us to say that our profile was approved to win the visa lottery and told us that it was best to be prepared and pre-pay the attorney fees and be prepared for our approval, which would be soon. Mr. DIEGO GOODMAN, identified as the Legal Department Manager at USAFIS, was the one who informed us that our case was very advanced and waiting for an "interview." This same man was the one who charged us for alleged attorney fees close to $3,000. The money we paid was never used because the information they gave us never happened and we were not approved in the visa lottery, in addition, our country Venezuela was no longer on the list of countries applying for the visa lottery since 2020. When we found out that Venezuela was not on the list, we tried to communicate with the people at USAFIS and of course with Mr. GOODMAN who never responded to our concerns and really caused us great damage, both economically and emotionally. The people from the organization never called us or showed their faces about our money that with great effort we managed to pay for a service that was never used. I hope that this information can reach the USAFIS company and that they finally contact me so that I can have a solution to this situation and get our 100% money back.
