Bugs. The WORST customer service I have ever had. I get answers faster
From India from other solutions. Do yourself a favor and a ton of money
RUN from these guys I stuck with them for a year and things only got
Worse. The bottom line is whoever is in charge doesn't give a hoot about
You after you sign up. I actually had to call the sales person to beg
Them to please get someone to answer my questions. They are great at
Sales. This isn't about the tech people its about the CEO who is too
Cheep even after a year to hire more staff. This sums it up --
After a year of crap and frustration they have a policy that you need to
Give them 30 day to cancel I was giving them over 3 weeks before next
Rip off billing cycle... nope sorry sir I would rather you leave
Completely pissed off than not charge you. Well here a go I hope I save
