Please don't buy from this company. I really wish I read these reviews before I bought. My custom necklace that I spent over $400 on is "lost in the mail" and now I'm realizing they must have messed up my package slip. Canada post said it is a lost package and the sender needs to file a claim… while the sender (oak and Luna) claims it is still on its way. Please just don't buy from them.
