Have purchased several items from PSSL. No emails with order confirmation, tracking info, etc. You have to go to their site and find the info for your order. This is the only place I have to do that.
Response to PSSL: No, your emails are not going to spam, I get all your promo codes that don't work on the items I want. Also, checked tracking info and 5 days after payment order status is 'ready to be picked up by carrier'. I'm realizing now that low price = aggravation. Not really worth it.

Thanks for offering your feedback on this. We actually have several automatic notification emails that are built-in to our follow-up protocol. We do find that occasionally they are hindered by information not being correct in our system, or by Spam/Junk settings on the receiving end. We are always looking for ways to improve our follow up communication, so thank you for letting us know that we may have some work to do on this.
