During the peak of the crisis, we had a dire need as an essential service for disposable gloves. Ordered 2 boxes XL, 1 L for our crew at a premium price of $89.9 days later 3 boxes of badly damaged (see picture) incorrect size M arrived. I immediately contacted customer service. They directed me to fill out a complaint ticket. After more attempts to contact them, finally 5 weeks later they contacted me.
Here are some of their comments
" we are out of stock, will give you 5% off next order"
"we do not pay return shipping as per Policy"
They also said they sent the wrong size because they did not have the correct size. No call, no email, nothing.
